My first step into blog

Well, here is my first tentative step.
I'm a compulsive course-taker as I love to learn new things, so I suppose here is where I'll blog all the new things I'm learning and doing.
I also love to be creative and my past "fads" have included baking, cooking, animal care, nail technology, dress-making, patchwork, cross-stitch, card making and knitting.
Please bear with me whilst I get into the "swing"!
